New reporting plug-in that provides easy
analysis of e-mail, fax, proxy and NAT usage. 602LAN SUITE ActiveReports
provides detailed analysis of 602LAN SUITE usage. It simplifies employee
activity monitoring(downloading specific files: .MP3, .AVI, .MPEG, etc.) to
control bandwidth usage and employee time. ActiveReports automatically creates
daily statistic pages for each network user as well as global statistics for the
entire network. The reports are enhanced with charts and the ability to sort by
any parameters allows easy identification of the most visited web sites, sources
of junk e-mail, viruses and more. |
E-mail Alerts
ActiveReports can also automatically notify the administrator when users exceed
a defined data size threshold. Total data size, NAT, HTTP, SOCKS, FTP, POP3,
SMTP (IN/OUT) and FAX conditions can be set. With ActiveReports, you will ALWAYS
know what is going on in your network. |
Audit Logs
Complete logs can be kept for all activities: WWW, Proxy, SOCKS, NAT, SMTP,
POP3, LDAP, Fax and DHCP. This will provide you with detailed information on
e-mail use, web traffic, intruder activity, sites visited by your network users
or it can help you troubleshoot any technical difficulty. A separate log file
for the firewall is available to gain effective control over intruder activity.
Audit logs are saved in plain text format with automatic log file rotation based
on date. Access to the real-time log is available through the console or via
Remote Web Administration. |
W3C Format Logs
Use any third party log analyzer software with W3C support to generate reports
from the web server, HTTP proxy and HTTP proxy cache log files. |
