such as which modules go live first etc..
- Identify key aspects of implementation such
as Test Data, Parallel run, Migrating existing Data and Go Live
- Drawing up practical plans for the above.
- Bridging Trading Partner infrastructure gaps
to the new system
- Chart out a training program for using the
new system.
