  • Comprehensive with spares for all AMC Computers for the full year period.

  • Spares for a minimum number systems will be maintained in the customer place (Depending on the order size)
  • Comprehensive software maintenance for all PC’s for One year.
  • Positioning of Resident Service Engineer customer premises during the Contract Period.
