Uniware’s On-Site Resident Engineer shall be available (as per your office
timings) for Maintenance of Entire set-up with technical expertise, at your
location, at all times. |
Backup Support
In case our On-site Resident Engineer goes on leave, we shall provide a Backup
Engineer during his absence. Thus, enabling normal functioning of your routine
work. |
Support Maintenance
Our goal is to prevent problems from happening before they take place. To ensure
that we meet our commitments, we have a rigorous and continuous quality control
system in place. |
